Skonto Būve has completed concreting of a foundation plate for the office complex Business Garden located next to Karla Ulmana Avenue, one of the cities throughways.  The first stage of the project will see two office buildings constructed with the total rentable area of 14,230 m². Skonto Būve will also create a landscaped garden and parking lot within the scope of this project.

The office complex Business Garden Riga will consist of several buildings offering a total of 70 000 m²of modern and efficient office space.
