Construction of a new building of the Central Railway Terminal was carried out at several phases. There have been constructed a multilevel marketing area with spacious halls, shops, cafes, as well as offices. A landscaped terminal square, under which there is an underground parking for 130 cars with a total area of 4340m2.

Renovation of the Riga Central Railway Terminal was carried out by a partnership "Skonto Būve RBS Skals".
