Two twelve-storey apartment blocks with 168 apartments were built in this project.

The foundation structure consists of drill piles connected with reinforced concrete grillage. Bearing walls and floor slab panels are constructed of monolithic reinforced concrete, while the external walls are made of expanded clay concrete blocks and monolithic reinforced concrete (with external thermoinsulation).

Roofs are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with thermal insulation, PVC windows are installed. The buildings have been equipped with up-to-date public utilities installations and full contemporary interior decoration.
